1. Overview

At Gee’s Bookstore, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.
This Returns & Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds, returns, or replacements may be issued.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The item must be new, unused, and in its original condition.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • The book must include all original packaging or wrapping (if applicable).

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

  • Digital downloads, eBooks, or gift cards.

  • Orders past the 14-day return window.

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at johngee.518@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Include clear photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.

  3. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and the correct return address.

⚠️ Do not return items directly to the address on your shipping label.
Our fulfillment partners use multiple warehouses, and we’ll provide the correct return location for your specific order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your book arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund once verified.

Depending on the issue, we may ask for photos of the item and packaging so we can report it to our distributor.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that we’ve processed your refund.
Approved refunds will be credited automatically to your original payment method (Wix Payments, PayPal, or credit card) within 5–10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after that time, check with your bank or card provider — processing times may vary.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If the return is due to an error on our part, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different book, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at johngee.518@gmail.com.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return after delivery.
